One of the activity areas of LLC Girnichotransportna companiya is the performance of current, depot and major repairs of “Dumpkar” 2BC-105, “Dumpkar” BC-60,66 tipper wagons and pellet hoppers of models 20-471,480,4015, both on their own, and in the conditions of wagon depots of mining and metallurgical enterprises.
On the basis of the company’s many years of experience in carrying out capital repairs of wagons at mining and metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine, typical repair cards, defective information and repair costings were developed, estimated costs of carrying out all types of repairs of industrial transport wagons were calculated, based on its initial condition, conditions of operation and carrying out periodic maintenance.
The main customers of our company for carrying out repairs of technological rolling stock are enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine, namely: PJSC “Northern GZK”, PJSC “Central GZK”, PJSC “Inguletsky GZK”, PJSC “Pivdenniy GZK”; OJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.
When carrying out repairs of freight cars, we perform both repair and restoration of repairable components and parts, as well as their replacement with new spare parts of our own production.
Our enterprise is staffed by highly qualified engineering and technical personnel who have more than 10 years of experience in the field of railcar construction and overhaul of rolling stock.
Based on the experience of working with the technical services of the railway transport management higher than the mentioned enterprises on issues related to the implementation of control over the operation of the delivered rolling stock, the specialists of our company additionally provided customers with the following services:
– assessment of the actual technical condition of the park;
– modernization of rolling stock, increase of maintenance intervals;
– development of typical repair cards during current, depot, capital repairs;
– development of measures to reduce car idle times by reducing the percentage of isolated repairs;
– the use of modern special materials, components and technical solutions in harsh climatic conditions;
– optimization of costs for carrying out all types of repairs and improving the operation of the wagon fleet.
The design and technology department of LLC GTK is constantly working on the development of design and technology documentation for the production of new types of freight cars, modernization of rolling stock parts and components to increase their service life, taking into account the peculiarities of operation in the conditions of the Customers’ enterprises.
The enterprise manufactures more than 100 names of spare parts for industrial wagons:
– bodies and body parts for dump trucks ВС-66, 2ВС-90, 2ВС-105 (longitudinal side, front wall, rods, rollers, bushings, opening mechanism);
– lower frame assembly for dump trucks BC-66, 2BC-90, 2BC-105; – bodies and body parts of hopper pellet carriers;
– hinges, traction clamps, front stop, rear stop.
LLC Girnichotransportna companiya has mastered the production of components (lower frame, body, gutters, trolley frame, air ducts, etc.) of motor dump trucks of traction units OPE-1M, PE2U.
