LLC Girnichotransportna companiya (LLC GTK) has been a manufacturer of “Dumpkar” type 2BC-105 tipper wagons and other technological railway rolling stock, and also has been carried out major (factory) repairs to the above-mentioned wagons since 2008.

Since 2008, our Company has built and delivered more than 1,800 Dumpkar 2BC-105 dump trucks of various modifications to enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

One of the LLC GTK’s direction of activity is the execution of capital, current and depot repairs of freight cars: “Dumpkar” 2BC-105, BC-60, BC66, hopper cars, etc. for industrial enterprises of the mining complex.

Since 2016 LLC Girnichotransportna companiya has developed and put into production a modernized dump truck “Dumpkar” 2ВС-105 model 33-9909Н with an increased body volume of 55 m³, a carrying capacity of 115 tons. The car has overall dimensions (height, width, length) similar to the dimensions of the Dumpkar 2BC-105 car with a body volume of 50 m³. All components and parts of the modernized dump truck are interchangeable with the parts of the basic dump truck “Dumpkar” 2BC-105.

LLC GTK uses a model 18-9910 three-axle bogie in the construction of the wagon, the manufacturer of cast parts (right sidewalls, left sidewalls, pivot beams, spring beams and bodies of balancing axles) is the foundry “CEMA-MYSTAL” Sp. (Poland).

The technical capabilities of our enterprise allow us to manufacture up to 40 wagons per month. When manufacturing wagons, we use up to 90% of parts and assembly units of our own production.

The main customers of the company are enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
