Dump car 2BC-105 model 33-9909

It is intended for transportation by industrial railways of mining enterprises from quarries and unloading of overburden rocks and ores of rock mass with a density of 1.75 – 4.0 t / m3 at dumps or crushing plants in open-pit mining. The design of the car is designed for a direct fall of blocks weighing up to 3 tons from a height of 3 meters onto a bedding of at least 300 mm.

The body of the dump car is equipped with stops from shifting in the longitudinal direction relative to the lower frame, as well as locking devices connecting the bogie to the lower frame.

Pneumatic unloading system provides tilting of the body and two-sided unloading, as well as forced return of the body to the train position after unloading. At a certain inclination of the body, the pneumatic unloading system ensures that the unloading cylinders are disconnected from the supply pneumatic line.
